Welcome to Abtec Parts! If you have any questions regarding the shipping process and charges, the return of defective or damaged parts, as well as inquiries about the specific parts of an appliance, please refer to the guide below.

Returns

Before returning any broken or defective parts of your appliance, please contact us beforehand through email or phone call. This way, we can prepare the necessary items and documents crucial for the transaction. 

Do not return parts through the ‘Return to sender” option as these will automatically be returned to you by the post office. Please note that personal care products, shavers, dental products and their accessories are considered sanitary items and cannot be returned once they have been opened.

Refunds for parts shall only be given for non-electrical parts returned within 30 days of shipping. After this period, a restocking charge of 20% will be deducted from the refund. Electrical goods or electrical parts returned in good condition are subject to a 20% restocking or inspection and testing charge, whichever is applicable.

Returns should always be sent by regular mail. If custom tags need to be completed where it asks for a value, please do not write the amount in dollars. Instead, simply write ‘For return’. If a dollar amount is written onto the customs tags, we will be charged duty in the returned item and this will be deducted from your refund. 

Moreover, if the part you received is not what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours after receipt. Otherwise, your request shall not be entertained.

For an easy transaction, we ask that you always use the ‘Reply’ option when emailing back and forth. It is also better to put ‘Replacement of Parts’ as the subject of your email so that we can refer to your message without difficulty. 

Furthermore, for the security of our customers, Abtec Parts shall not open attachments to prevent the risk of computer bugs and viruses. In line with this, please avoid sending pictures with your message.
