IMPORTANT:

– ALWAYS CONTACT US BY EMAIL BEFORE RETURNING ANY PARTS. INFO@ABTECPARTS.COM.

 DO NOT RETURN PARTS BY “RETURN TO SENDER” OR “COLLECT” AS THESE WILL AUTOMATICALLY RETURNED TO YOU BY THE POST OFFICE.

– PERSONAL CARE PRODUCTS, SHAVERS, DENTAL PRODUCTS AND THEIR ACCESSORIES ARE CONSIDERED SANITARY ITEMS AND CANNOT BE RETURNED ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN OPENED.

1.  IF YOU RECEIVED THE PART YOU ORDERED 

REFUND FOR PARTS ONLY WILL BE GIVEN FOR NON-ELECTRICAL PARTS RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF SHIPPING. AFTER THIS PERIOD A RESTOCKING CHARGE OF 20% WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND.  ELECTRICAL GOODS OR ELECTRICAL PARTS RETURNED IN GOOD CONDITION ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING/INSPECTION AND TESTING CHARGE.

RETURNS SHOULD ALWAYS BE SENT BY REGULAR MAIL.  IF CUSTOMS TAGS NEED TO BE COMPLETED WHERE IT ASKS FOR VALUE, PLEASE DO NOT WRITE A DOLLAR AMOUNT, JUST WRITE “FOR RETURN”.  IF A DOLLAR AMOUNT IS WRITTEN ONTO THE CUSTOMS TAG WE WILL BE CHARGED DUTY ON THE RETURNED ITEM AND THIS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.

3.  PARTS NOT RETURNED WITHIN 90 DAYS OF RECEIPT CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR CREDIT.

Any returns are to be by regular surface mail.

PLEASE SEND ANY RETURNS TO THE ADDRESS SHOWING ON THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING LABEL.
